Pleasure To Make Myself Whole

"We're going to give them bite sized harmony. We're going to shove it down their throats." - Avantasia Hi there. Do you remember me? Of course, you don't. Maybe you do. Anyways, let me be the first, and only, to say I am back, but is that another lie I've provided? Sometimes, you realize the darkness moment to plague like an entire episode of your favorite TV show's worst season. Sometimes, you wake up to no pain and then realize it's because it's gone with no possible way of return, but thank goodness it is not a threat anymore. 17 years, huh? That's half of my life dedicated to the website that has permanently remained in the top left corner of my bookmarks. Through death, dreams, drear, destiny and dryness, it has happened. All those alchemical provocations and consistent failures, you are here. Damn. Do you remember the friends you had back then? Who has changed you for the better? Nothing changes you for the worst except your own self esteem. So many faces, way too many

Well, it's officially one day after my 365 poem (1 per day) decision was made and I stood by my decision. I'm truly not sure what to do from here on out, but I'm sure more poetry inspiration will flood my mind as the days go by. Perhaps it's time to do some publications on these, maybe I already have more poems ready for such a thing. Regardless, to the people who enjoyed them, I appreciate the consideration made. Here's to another year worthwhile of the lost art that is semi-rhyming poetic justice.
